Wedding invitations you send on WhatsApp

A picture of an invitation gets lost in a group chat, and the replies come back as forty separate messages. A Wedvitation invitation is a link: it shows as a card in WhatsApp, opens into the whole invitation, and collects every guest's reply in one place.

How it looks in WhatsApp

When you share your link, WhatsApp shows a card with a picture and your names. Keep the card designed for your invitation, or upload your own picture. Your link is yours to write — for example wedvitation.net/i/anna-and-david.

What happens when a guest taps it

  • The invitation opens in their browser — no app, no account
  • Your names, the date, the schedule and the venue, with music as it opens
  • A button that opens the route to the venue in their maps app
  • Add to calendar, and a countdown to the day
  • An RSVP and a space to leave you a wish, all reaching your dashboard

Change it without sending it again

Moved the time or the venue? Edit the invitation and your guests see the new version at the same link — nobody needs a new message.

What it costs

One payment per invitation: $29 for an Essential design, $49 for a Premium one, for any number of guests. Building and previewing is free; you pay only when you publish.

Questions

How do I send it on WhatsApp?

Copy your link, or tap Share on WhatsApp in your dashboard, and send it to a chat, a group or a broadcast list.

Can I send it on Instagram or by email too?

Yes. It is an ordinary link, so it works on Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email or a text message as well.

Who can see the invitation?

Only the people you send the link to. Invitation pages are kept out of search engines, and your guests' replies are visible only to you.
