About Wedvitation
Wedvitation is a service for creating and sharing digital invitations for weddings, engagements, and similar celebrations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login details secure. Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your invitations and payments.
Your content
The photos, names, and text you add to an invitation stay yours. You give us permission to store this content and show it to the guests who open the link you share. Only publish content you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, hateful, or misleading.
Music you add
If you upload your own track, you are responsible for it. Most recordings are protected, and playing one on a page you share may need a licence from the rights holder. We do not review, clear, or license the music you upload, and we take no responsibility for it — if a rights holder objects, we may remove the track from your invitation. Our own music library is cleared for use inside Wedvitation invitations.
Creating and publishing
Building and editing an invitation is free. Publishing an invitation so guests can open it requires a one-time payment, which you send manually and we confirm. See the Refund Policy for details.
Availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update or pause features to improve the product.
The designs stay ours
Every design on Wedvitation — its artwork, illustrations, layout and typography — belongs to us, and using the service does not transfer any of it to you. You are licensed to use a design for one purpose: building and publishing your own invitation here, and sharing its link with your guests. You may not download, save or otherwise reproduce a design for use away from Wedvitation, adapt it, or put it to any commercial use — including reselling it, folding it into a service of your own, or using it to produce invitations for other people. Copying the site or its designs by automated means is not allowed either.
Ending use
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse the service. If you have any questions, please contact us.
