How it began
Our story
A borrowed umbrella, returned three times, and never quite given back.
Isabela lent Rafael her umbrella on a rainy evening outside a bookshop. He returned it the next week, and somehow had to borrow it again — three times that winter. Six years of long dinners, two families who now feel like one and a question asked over dessert later, they are getting married, and they would love you to be there.

The ceremony
In the garden, under the old trees. Please be seated by a quarter past six.
7:30 pm
Welcome in the courtyard
Cool drinks, little bites and a photograph with everyone.
8:30 pm
Dinner
Long tables by candlelight, and a few short speeches.
10:00 pm
Our first dance
Then the floor is yours until late.
11:30 pm
Cake and goodnights
Stay to send us off into the night.

The details
What to wear
Black tie optional. Evening colours are welcome — cocoa, champagne, ivory, any deep jewel tone — and shoes for dancing on old stone.
Staying over
We have held rooms at two hotels nearby; mention our names when you book.
On gifts
Your company is the only gift we ask for. Cars can be left at the manor's gate, and the path to the garden is lit.
